The entire estate has been recently renovated to exacting standards in order to maintain the character of a traditional estate and also offer high end accommodation and features.

During your stay at the Pheasant Estate you can enjoy relaxing walks in the countryside, which is on the doorstep of every room, or perhaps cycling is more your thing? We can offer bikes for hire as well as carriage trips through the countryside. Horse riding is also available on the estate to all abilities. You can enjoy an individual lesson in the menage or full riding holidays tailored to your requirements.
Accommodation is available in four separate apartments, three double bedrooms or a six bed dormatory room. All rooms are well appointed with views across countryside and rolling hills. This former manor estate has been furnished with modern bathrooms and if required, extra folding beds can be provided.
While staying at the Pheasant Estate you can enjoy excellent cuisine in the onsite retaurant. Like every other part of the estate the restaurant has been renovated to a high standard and has masses of character and features, from the stripped wood staircase to the eccentric decorations in the room. A selection of dishes are prepared each day for breakfast, lunch and evening meal.

The Pheasant Estate is located in Heves county in northern Hungary. It is just over 2hrs from Budapest airport and we are able to offer airport transfers for groups of 2 or more for £40 per person. The thermal spas of Egerszalok and Demjen are close by and offer a really enjoyable day out for the whole family. We would also recommend a day out in the historic medieval town of Eger. With it's castle, cafes and shops, it is the second most visited town in Hungary after Budapest. Whilst staying at the Pheasant Estate we would suggest hiring a car to make the most of your stay as the estate is set in 50 acres of land and surrounded by open countryside.
